WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For limitted edition runs (noted in product description) and SALE items all sales are final. Due to limited quantities and sellouts the items are never able to be sold again, and therefore cannot be taken back. All other items may be returned if in the same condition as when you recieved it (including its original tags and packagaing) unwashed and shows no sign of damage. WHEN WILL MY WNBGAY HAT SHIP?

Most WNBGAY items are made in small batches and ship based on the timeline listed in the product description. For pre-orders, please allow extra time, updates will always be shared by email and on social.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, I’ll contact you to confirm your info. You’re responsible for reshipping costs, so please double-check your shipping details before placing an order!

(P.S. I ship everything myself from my art studio, so I really appreciate your help in getting things delivered smoothly.)

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

All hand painted, block printed and screen printed garments can be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Any hand painted textiles used in handbags and accessories can be spot cleaned with cool water and mild soap then hung to dry.
