WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All WNBGAY hats, pre-orders and other small-batch or limited-edition products (noted in product description), as well as all sale items are final sale. Due to limited quantities and sellouts the items are never able to be sold again, and therefore cannot be taken back or exchanged. Orders cannot be modified or exchanged for a different color after they are placed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, including sizing, closure style, and other product details.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to help.

If you have questions about a product before ordering, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help you choose the best option.

All other items in my shop may be returned if in the same condition as when you received it (including its original tags and packaging) unwashed and shows no sign of damage. To request a return of these select items please email me at leifjlee@gmail.com

WHEN WILL MY WNBGAY HAT SHIP?

Most WNBGAY items are made in small batches and ship based on the timeline listed in the product description. For pre-orders, please allow extra time, updates will be shared on social.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, I’ll contact you to confirm the correct address.

Once I receive the returned package, I’ll be happy to resend it. Additional shipping charges will apply before the order is shipped again, so please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

All hand painted, block printed and screen printed garments can be washed in cold water and hung to dry. Any hand painted textiles used in handbags and accessories can be spot cleaned with cool water and mild soap then hung to dry.
